Thames Room

Thames Room 2.JPG

Current conditions & guidelines must be observed by all attendees and at all times. See here for details.

The capacity of the room is currently limited to 30 people.

All must wear face coverings when moving around (unless exempt) and must maintain social distancing between groups.

All available windows & doors must be open (and securely closed after the event).

The projectors are now available on request (chargeable).

Additional procedures have been put in place regarding access routes, cleaning of equipment, furniture & fittings, use of toilets etc.

The Thames Room is an ideal room for meetings, classes or small childrens' parties. It has a washable floor and there are blinds and a projector screen, making it suitable for presentations.

It includes a small kitchen area with a hob, kettle, microwave and fridge, so can be used for tea/coffee or to cater for a small party.

The room can accommodate a total of 50 people and is equipped with 12 stacking tables and 48 chairs.

The Thames Room has its own outside entrance but unfortunately there is no disabled access.  There is  a unisex toilet.

As in all the rooms, free Wi-Fi is available. There is a digital projector, a lectern and a flipchart stand available to book (keys are required).
